Individuals

I meet with my clients face-to-face in a private, confidential manner. Our work begins with an initial consultation, typically 90 minutes in length. We will carefully review your situation, what's working and what you want more and less of, and we will create together a road-map to help you move forward. Follow-up sessions are typically 45-60 minutes in duration, may be brief in nature (4-6 sessions); moderate (8-12 sessions) or extended (sometimes 20 sessions or more), depending on your needs and goals. You will be involved at all times in shaping the course and duration of our work together.

Sessions are active in nature and are solution-focused. Sessions begin by checking on your progress, identifying what is working and what is not; identifying roadblocks from the past or present; learning new management skills and approaches; and then setting goals for moving forward. Homework is almost always assigned between sessions to keep you progressing. All client interactions are handled discreetly, with utmost professionalism.
